At DeeGlobalGH, we do not offer refunds . We can only exchanges or give the option to choose a similar item of the same value.
We encourage all customers to check their items carefully upon delivery. If you notice any issue, please report it to us within 24 hours. Complaints made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
1. Baby food, formula, and feeding items if the seal or packaging is opened
2. Pacifiers, wipes, and hygiene-related baby items after opening
3. Stationery sold in packs or bundles once opened or partly used
4. Sale or clearance items
5. Any item reported after 24 hours
Delivery Responsibility for Exchanges
If we deliver the wrong item:
We will arrange free return pickup and redelivery of the correct item.
If you placed a wrong order:
You will pay for both the return delivery and redelivery of the new item.
Exchange Options
If the original item is available, we will send it after verifying your return.
If not available, you may choose a similar item of equal value.
No cash refunds.
